Our goal is to sell equipment as is where is. We endeavor to locate records and data concerning the equipment that you purchase in order for you to make a judgment about the equipment. We do not "guarantee" the equipment that we sell to suit your application. We guarantee to give you all the information that we obtain in order for you to make a decision as to its usability.

Freight is the responsibility of the Buyer. We ship all goods freight collect. If you require us to ship for you, add the freight to your invoice, a 10% surcharge will be added to your freight charge. Our terms are "Prepaid" before shipping, unless you have established an approved credit account with BHI. A purchase order is required with all purchases.

We have registered engineers on staff for sizing equipment and project development. Their services are available at a reasonable rate.
